Important Notice for Warranty
- Common guideline - Regarding Warranty Void with CID (customer induced damage)
- Customer induced damage (CID) guide – Desktops/Servers/Laptops/UPS etc. Main reason a claim to warranty fails is due to CID or considering fault due to negligence. Personal Computers Standard Warranty does not cover the following:
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation of a product.
- Loss of data.
- Failure or damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accident, modification, unsuitable physical or operating environment, natural disasters, power surges, improper maintenance, or use not in accordance with product information guide.
- Damage caused by a non-authorized service provider or self-repair.
- Failure of, or damage caused by, any third-party products, including those that Personal Computer may provide or integrate into the product at your request.
- Products or parts with an altered identification label or from which the identification label has been removed.
- Inerasable corrosion found on the Desktops/Servers/Laptops/UPS
- Any Component fried on SMPS PCB.
- Products or parts with an altered identification label or from which the identification label has been removed
- Warranty will void, if Personal Computers warranty seal is broken/removed.

A: Personal Service Centres provide chargeable services for the replacement of CID parts. Both parts and labour are chargeable.
