Important Notice for Warranty

  • Common guideline - Regarding Warranty Void with CID (customer induced damage)
  • Customer induced damage (CID) guide – Desktops/Servers/Laptops/UPS etc. Main reason a claim to warranty fails is due to CID or considering fault due to negligence. Personal Computers Standard Warranty does not cover the following:

  1. Uninterrupted or error-free operation of a product.
  2. Loss of data.
  3. Failure or damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accident, modification, unsuitable physical or operating environment, natural disasters, power surges, improper maintenance, or use not in accordance with product information guide.
  4. Damage caused by a non-authorized service provider or self-repair.
  5. Failure of, or damage caused by, any third-party products, including those that Personal Computer may provide or integrate into the product at your request.
  6. Products or parts with an altered identification label or from which the identification label has been removed.
  7. Inerasable corrosion found on the Desktops/Servers/Laptops/UPS
  8. Any Component fried on SMPS PCB.
  9. Products or parts with an altered identification label or from which the identification label has been removed
  10. Warranty will void, if Personal Computers warranty seal is broken/removed.
